So figured I could do a half if people are marathoning and doing dopey this weekend lol. Wanted to make up for only doing 3 workouts this week. (Doing 6-7 tomorrow)
12 miles at an easy regular pace.....
No workout this weekend, but we do need the miealge for celebration!!
