All that I ate today was a bunch of hot wings from BWWs and water. I had the Mango Habanero wings, which are the 3rd hottest wings at the restaurant.
So I felt like total crap for this run. I originally planned on going long, but just a mile in I realized how horrible I felt.
What a poor way to end my 2017 of running. I ended with 1962 miles. Having like 6 weeks of injury really did not help. Hears to an injury-free 2018!
