Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Think I want to shoot for 6 again, but want to make it a change of pace tempo run if everything is feeling ok.
Start two mikes at easy and regular pace, then go right into a 2 mile tempo shooting for mid 8's depending on conditions, terrain etc.
Finish 2 miles easily at a more comfortable pace.
So obviously the main idea is to really put some effort in those middle two miles, but finishing the 6 relatively spin free is the main goal ...
