Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Assuming you got an easy 3 in tues. Or wed., I want today to be harder and longer!!!


Run/walk .25 miles easy
Run .5 mile at tempo pace(in 11's or even 10's would be great)

Repeat this sequence 5 times forca total of 6 sets and 4.5 miles!!!

The idea is to try and run as much as possible for each mile but specifically for the middle .5.
Those parts are supposed to be at 10k race pace or faster before getting back to an easy .25 mile for recovery.
I know it's a little confusing. Lmk if you have any questions!
This is a great HM specific workout for the amount of time we have during the week;)
