Comments:
We were inside today due to wind chill threats and I got to lead three groups through their tours. Stayed creative and even did a handful of "strider-like accelerations" down the halls and a few stairs. I was wearing old Kayanos from the late 90s or early 2000s which I pulled form my locker as I'd left my shoes at home, and my knees were a little unhappy.
