Easy 4 miles coming off of long run.
No need for speed.. this is a true recovery run so am thinking a 3/1 pattern but upbto you!!
Holy UGLY run!!!!! But I did it, and even kicked in a half Mile cooldown.....this was certainly not pretty but I did it!!!! ????
