Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
went to the gym about 1 am came home at 2 a.m,
My back felt tight and painful during most of my running, loosened up a bit but then tightened up when I tried to go faster. I took a decent break between each segment.
Also did my 5-lift circuit = DB curls, DB bench, DB military, lat pulls, and upright rows.
No abs.
