Mile repeats

This can be done today or tommoro!! With the race on sat. I only want 3 though and on as flat a place as possible..

Warm up 1 mile easy


Run 1 mile fast- (but don't go out too fast) maybe somewhere in mid to high 9's if I had to guess depending on hills, terrain, weather etc.

Complete 3 to 4 min. Rest/walk

Repeat two more times for a total of 3x 1 mile!

Will be good to get the legs turning over faster than HM pace.
But like I said, with race on Saturday, I'm not trying to kill you.
