Comments:
2 sets of 500, 400, 300. 3 minutes between intervals, and ~8 minutes between sets.

toughest workout in a long time. first real 800 workout of the season cause i was sick on wednesday. was still the first run in about a week, but was happy i was able to get through it. it hurt real bad, especially the last couple, and i know my form broke down on at least the last interval, and probably before that too, though i was trying to focus on it. havent really had to work that hard like that in a while, and it was good to feel that kind of leg pain again, instead of my breathing going to shit before my legs get a chance to get tired.
