Woooooo back to swimming! Because getting back into shape for swimming sucks more than anything else (yes it is worse than getting back into shape for running), I decided to get a head start on getting my body fit for swimming now rather than waiting until April. Plus I actually really like swimming, but only when I am in shape. And it can be a really good compliment to running. But today sucked and I know that every time I get into the pool for about the next month it is also going to suck. But, this sucking too shall pass :)
Since it was my first time getting in the pool in over 5 MONTHS, I just did some easy shit: 4x200, 4x100, 4x50, 4x25, 3x100. All really slow.
