Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Did a long run today since we didn’t do one yesterday. Ran with David and Hannah right after my class. I expected it to be horrible because I raced yesterday and have been feeling so so recently and I was feeling really tired but it ended up being really good. We just did 43 Scott Hill 7 with some extension. David left off to do more to do a longer route. My calf was sore probably from the racing barefoot but it was better after a stretch. Run ended up being pretty fast surprisingly. But for the first mile and one at the end that was snowy and slippery, it was all between 8 and 8:20 pace or so and it felt pretty reasonable. It was snowing for most of it and by the end it got pretty slippery.
Did the day 1 lift after for the first time in a while and climbing later on. Definitely going to be really sore tomorrow.
