Exercise Type: Swim

I figured that with my schedule I might be swimming daily. I'm near IM West pretty much every day. So I got in the water and continued my journey towards getting back in my shape with a very light load of yardage. Today I did the following:
10x100 on the 1:40 avg. 1:20, 4x25 on the :30, 3x50 on the :45
My left shoulder is what is hurting the most. But it should be fine in a couple of days. Just a matter of cranking our the rust.
I looked at my training log from last year when I got back into shape after a long break and I think I'll be following that pretty closely. Next week I should be able to do 2000y per day easy, and then the week after that I should be able to work hard and make 20x100 on the 1:30.
