Today was the first track workout of the year with everyone. Track is back baby! The first workout was a 15 min warmup jog (I ran 10 extra minutes to Jenison though), 6x400 at mile pace with 400 jog, and a 10 minute cooldown.

The workout felt pretty good, even though Jenison was hot af. I accidentally went too fast on a few, but I felt solid the entire time. I knocked my shin on a hurdle, so that hurt, but besides that just regular soreness. I led roughly half the reps and was running with or slightly behind Paolo most of the time. The rest of the guys were only a second or so back, so everyone had a good workout. So in conclusion, fuck Jenison but welcome back track.
