Comments:
After I saw Matt run at distrcts went out to do my long run. I knew I was running fast but I did not think it was this fast! I feel it now though. It felt good doing it though. It rained and was pretty windy on Pettibone though. I did a new run my Dad said he did this morning. I thought it was going to be pretty short but map my run backs up my run length unless I messed something up. Overall good run. I'll probably take off tomorrow and be ready for next week.
