Another good workout. Didn't feel great though. Started off slow but picked it up at the end. I did 7x2:00 at 5k pace with 1:00 recovery at approximately 8:00/mile pace. Not a difficult workout really.
Ya know, I thought this new freshman getting on the log this summer had some potential. Now it appears he is retiring from running. What a bitch. Pretty sad stuff tbh.
