Exercise Type: Run

This harder one can be done wed. Or Thursday...
Warm up .5 miles very easy
Run 1 mile fast shooting for sub 11:30!
Complete rest or walk 3 min.
Do two more for a total of 3 mile repeats.
These are at a faster than race pace effort so make sure that any walks you do are short and fast.
The idea is to be close to fully rested again before doing the other two fast mikes.
I don't want the walk splits.
Just give me the split for each mile. You might be best to just stop and reset watch for each mile
This is a very important one!!!
Cooldown easy if you have time but no worries if not!!
