Comments:
I wantvthis to be very moderate in nature so need to kill yourself but, if feeling descent, let's do a 4 mile wave today.
Start with an easy mile
Pick up second mile to HM pace or faster
3rd mile easy
4th mile same s second
It's been awhile since we've alternated paces so I really am looking for a difference but again, this is not an all out killer day!
