Comments:
Ran on treadmill in evening at DU. Ran 2 up then stretched and did some drills. Then 8x600 or .37 with 1:30 to 2:00 rest. Then 2 miles down. Felt pretty good for the most part. Legs a bit sore from 10 mile run in snow yesterday. A little core after.
Guestimated on exact times below but ran 5:30 pace early and 5:14 pace late.
