Winter Hill Loop

Weather: 40ish and grey

Comments:
Ran at a variety of paces and with a variety of people. I didn't push much on the first few hills, but worked hard on the last two (Sedgwick and Albemarle with Jack R pulling away each time.) Was impressed with the people I saw running the hills. In an attempt not to irritate the blister on the inside of the right foot, I wore the old Guides which felt fine. Stood on one foot to work on balance while waiting on line to here Mr. Coates speak.
