Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Today we did a slow and easy run on the Abbot Trail/House KARL loop. And tbh I felt like trash. Racing yesterday, doing no cooldown, and then going for a boozer does not set you up for success (damn you Lucas!). On the run though, we had some REALLY good conversation about things that I will leave to the word of mouth.
Every time we do this run, I always remark about how it's such a shame that the current freshmen and sophomores never lived the legend that is House KARL. So today it was only me and Riley paying our respects. I think this was the first time I have paid my respects since praying for a NIRCA party as lit as the one 3 years ago. My prayer was indeed answered. RIP in peace House KARL. You will never be forgotten.
