Comments:
5 mile progression as follows:
Run 2 miles easy
Right into 2 miles at goal HM pace effort so trying to get in the high low 8's for now
Right into 1 mile at 10k pace...(see what you can do) this one is fast!
That is 5 mikes of hard work! Hope you can work it!
This is a run that will take patience and all I ask for is increase in effort!!
