Comments:
Ran .9/.10 last half I ran .4/.1 faster!!!!
I just want a tiny speed element in today's run but overall pace can be easy!!;)
I'd like you to pick up the pace for the last .1 of each mile.
So if you are running your regular easy pace, once you get to .9 miles on the GPS, I want you to run pretty fast until you hit 1.0 mile
