was planning to do the same route i did a few weeks ago that was 4.3. i get out where i'm going and i'm like this seems kinda long and i keep watching my watch and thinking there is no way i'm running that much slower than last tiime. well i was actually running faster and .9 farther. still felt pretty good though, really nice day to run. felt it in the knee a little at times but nothing to make me stop and nowhere near the way it felt yesterday when i had to cut my run way short. not complaining really about the extra mile, i was just fairly confused.
