Weather: 42 windy and cold 3:40 p.m.
Comments:
Ran with team during practice. 4 miles and then did 4 x 100 strides. Then an easy 2 laps. Felt pretty good for most part. Pushed down the hill by Cardinals stadium. Weights and core after then to swim!
