600s Suck

Comments:
The workout was 4x200, 2x600, and 4x200 all at mile pace. I ended up running to and from Jenison on top of doing a 10 min warmup and 10 minute cool down inside of Jenison. So I got a good amount of miles in.

The 200s felt pretty good and the 600s felt pretty rough. I did have really good splits but those definitely hurt. I cramped up a little bit, but was able to run through. On the second to last 200, I had to stop and use the bathroom but I still managed to finish strong.

Overall it was a good workout and I'm ready to do some damage in the mile at Jet's Pizza Invitational on Saturday.
