Had a guest workout class at the shop tonight, so I figured it would be a good opportunity to do some cross-training. It was a Bar class, whatever that means. But it ended up being a lot of squats, hip movement things, and core strength type things. I ended up struggling with some of the low pushups, but I don't think anyone ever accused me of having an excess of arm strength, so I'm fine with that. It was neat though, even if I struggled to stand up afterwards, and am still having a tough time with stairs.
