Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran the first leg of the 4x800. Was feeling a little nauseous and sick going into it, but good enough to race. I felt good for the first two laps, running 33 and 34 s, but I felt like I hit a wall on lap three, dropping to a 35 and then a 37 on lap 4. I know when I'm healthy I can run much much much better than that. I felt really disgusting after the race and scratched from the 1600, unfortunately. Good to be able to watch all the other Hoppers race, though, on what was a very successful night! Hopefully I good night's sleep tonight will help me out tomorrow.
