Comments:
Heated hip. Warmup. 6x400 with the 3rd and 6th faster. Jogging recovery. Averaged 63-65 for normal and 57-60 for quick ones. Ran 6 more with freshman girls around high 70s. Cooled down on track after. Ice bath and stretching after.
