Rail Trail

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Just crunching away today digging deeper and deeper. It looked really nice out, and I knew I wouldnt make it that late today so came back and ran right before sun started to set. I ran without the ankle brace today, it has been feeling good. Went up to the trail, down 20 min and back. The 20 min mark is right at the bridge 9.5 mile mark. Saw a few other runners, but mostly kept my head up and put in the miles. Tried to be careful of my step. Overall ankle did feel good and there wasnt too much instability. Only a few icy parts where I had to slow down. Felt much better than yesterday, but didnt feel exceptionally fast or anything.

Essentials: Stretch

Quick stretch, legs ok, and upper body not too sore from the little lift I did yesterday at the gym. I feel like I should stretch a little more later. Toes a little sore, they have been for the past week or so. Thats a good sign, thats a classic indoor track ache I havent had in a while. Sign that the miles are there.
