Comments:
Ran repeat 800's in the halls at school. Felt good 1st 8 were at progressive pace and last 8 were at sub-3:00 pace. 16 total. After a mile warm-up, ran 2:54, 2:54, 2:50, 2:50, 2:49, 2:49, 2:47, 2:44, 2:55, 2:56, 2:55, 2:56, 2:54, 2:55, 2:53, 2:30. Last one was tough, but felt good. Fun workout. Nice end to January...203 miles.
