Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
After about three weeks of early mornings and stressful days, I tried to reset and refocus myself. Slept in a little bit, worked at home, and got in my run that I missed yesterday. It was kinda nice at that time of day, less rushed could take my time. Roads were a little slick from the dusting we got last night but overall I kept my pace and stability. Felt strained though. No stomach cramp anymore, but the hills were tough after I got up them. The cold air was taxing also. Coming back I just tried to keep it cool didnt push it or anything. Ankle feeling pretty good overall.

Essentials: Stretch, Stick Roller

Good leg work when I got back, they were feeling a little sore. Quads especially had to work them out. IDK how the 10 miler is gonna go, at least today I dont feel like I am in as good of shape as previous years, although last year I took two whole weeks off right before it. So got to keep grinding and have fun with it.
