Weather: 4:00 p.m. 60 and nice!
Comments:
Ran with Brendan on team during workout. 1 mile up with team to Qdoba. Stretched and drills. Then to Phelps Grove and 7x2:00 on/2:00 off. Then around 1.5 cool down for 7 on the day.
Felt pretty good for the most part. Chest a bit tight but felt better. Ran 5:30-5:50 on most with the 2-3 in the grass around 6:00-6:10 pace.
