its been a while, and i posting backwards -- but i think i did like 30minutes eliptical and then 3miles on the treadmill. hup running on the treadmill is haaard. all the time i want to stop! even when im watching the food network -- which took me almost two years at this gym to find!!!! but yea,, it felt good :)
