Comments:
went to my first class (first ever 8:30 ew) and then went to the indoor track to do my workout because I couldn't go at any other time. did 4x800 and 4x200. 800s were meant to be critical velocity (whatever that means) and 200s were mile then faster. Aimed for 3:30s on the 800s because I'm still coming back from essentially 9 or 10 days off.
