Rust buster workout: 2 sets of 3x 3 mins at tempo pace. 1 min jog recovery, 2 mins jog in between sets. Avg 5:28 pace for first set, 5:20 pace for 4+5 and 5:05 for number 6.

Felt surprisingly good and felt better as the workout went on.
