on frostbite course. solo.
tried to work the hills. uphill and downhill, and relax on the flats.
HAMSTRING A LITTLE SORE AT START. USUAL PIRIFORMIS PAIN. BALL OF RT. FOOT STARTED TO HURT AT THE VERY END OF RUN. DOWNHILLS STILL A LITTLE AWKWARD.
LEARNING TO WORK THE DOWNHILLS AGAIN.
