bits and pieces of tempos

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: cold, windy, 30ish, felt colder

Comments:
Had to get Leah home, and ended up driving my car to the edge of Somerset. Met team there and jogged easy into Bethesda. Started to build slowly into a tempo with a small group. Paced Jeff Sunshine Elias for a bit and then Nathaniel Rosenberg along the Crescent and part way back along River Rd to Western. Doubled back to meet Gabe, Levi, and Jacoby north of Willard Park. Ran the end of their tempo up Willard to Wisc and over to Western. Felt surprisingly good. Ended with a jog to get the car.
