met Hannah in Greylock for a morning long run. we pretty quickly realized we both felt crappy, probably because of the tough workout yesterday but we managed to slog through it. breathing felt constrained but got better towards the end. we did 43-scott hill-7 and then I extended while she showered. had an extremely satisfying brunch after!
