a very long day

I had a super busy day so I squeezed in a workout around 11:30. warmed up for a couple miles with david and then did 600@mile + 4x400 @ mile. messed up the first 600 because I added wrong and went too slow but the rest were more what I was aiming for. breathing didn't feel good so I was struggling a bit.

finished my cooldown by rushing to grab some food before my lab and managed to arrive on time. after lab, I lifted w/ a very big group!

Romanian Dead Lift- bar plus 5lbs on each side 3x8
Box step up w/ DB press- 20lbs for the first set and 10 for the other two. 3x10
Push-ups 3x10
Overhead med-ball slams 3x10
Single leg glute bridges 3x10 each side

Also climbed a little bit in the evening, but I was pretty tired from a long day and lots of exercise so I didn't do that much.
