Comments:
40 x 400 :) Decided to run in the halls since we got almost a foot of snow today. They were empty because after school activities were cancelled. Ran repeat 400's with a goal of sub 6:00 mile pace and a 1 minute jog recovery in between. Felt great. Wasn't tired (or bored) until the end. Stopped because it was time for dinner. My times were: 1-90, 2-88, 3-88, 4-88, 5-87, 6-88, 7-87, 8-87, 9-87, 10-87, 11-87, 12-87, 13-85, 14-87, 15-87, 16-87, 17-87, 18-86, 19-87, 20-86, 21-87, 22-86, 23-87, 24-87, 25-87, 26-87, 27-87, 28-86, 29-87, 30-87, 31-87, 32-86, 33-87, 34-87, 35-87, 36-86, 37-87, 38-86, 39-85, 40-82. Did a mile warm-up, short cool down and 1 minute jog between each. Tried to keep each one at 87 seconds besides the first and last mile. (5:48 pace/mile)Total = 14 miles. Fun workout.
