Weather: 2:00 p.m. 33 and sunny
Comments:
Ran 2 miles up to MSU campus. Stretched and drills. Then did 5 x 4:00 on/2:00 off. Then about 1.25 cool down for 8 on the day. Ran about 5:55-6:10 pace on all and felt ok. Def tight and legs tired but a good workout. Weight and core later with team.
