shake out plus strides

Comments:
short run + strides with Hannah today in preparation to race a mile at BU tomorrow. I'm trying not to get too nervous but failing dramatically. My breathing, for some reason, has been bad every day this week and I'm not really sure how to deal with it. I think my goal for tomorrow is to chill out. As much as it's easy to see this as a PR opportunity at a big meet on a fast track, I did lose some time to sickness and asthma may be a factor. More importantly, it'll go better if I stop building it up. So my main goal is to try to relax a little bit try to have fun and enjoy the exciting atmosphere. I'm glad we get to race tomorrow and then come back on Saturday and watch the guys compete.
