Weather: ~40 degrees, Cool
Comments:
Long run day. Went just fine. Tried to keep my pace controlled, which I think worked. Bit sloppy at some points in my route too, which helped not push the pace too much. Otherwise, went real well. Got a Gu in around mile 8.5, along with some water, and no stomach issues. So I guess I can use those along with Honey Stingers, which is nice. Next week, I think I'll try to run with one of my coworkers at the shop, so it should be a little more fun too!
