Fort River + Triangle Fearing Lincoln

Comments:
Conte grinding in the morning. Felt like I generally caught up on sleep so not as exhausted as this week. Got out in the afternoon before the chilly and rainy came in. Nice enough for shorts. It was wet everywhere though. Went over to Fort River, and felt good enough that I knew I should add on, so I went up to the high school and then came back on Lincoln. Was looking for a track to do some intervals and some speed, but they were all still covered in snow. Had spurts where I felt great, legs were fresh and revved up. Other sections were slushy so I had to take caution. Had that feeling like I could go far today though, and thats good especially with the race coming up.

Essentials: Stretch

Finished hard and legs felt pretty good down the stretch actually. No tightness stretching. Ankle also held up very well the whole time. Stomach cramped up after, not sure if I didnt have enough for lunch or I didnt have enough water before. Made it through the run no problems so now I can recover.
