Comments:
I couldn't bear to inflict all that pain and not experience a little of it for myself. There is something about this workout that sickens yet inspires me. My run took me up to the golf course, which I circled, although I did cut across the grass and stray from the trail on the north side. Pace was strong once I loosened up, and I felt pretty good.
