Comments:
Its was wet and rainy today. Didnt help that it was kinda cold too. I still knew I had to get out there and get after it. Tried by best to avoid puddles but I got pretty wet. Just kept going, hands got colder than feet. It was nice to dry off a little bit at the gym mid way through. On the way back, felt pretty strong and wanted to beat sunset, so I felt like I pushed it actually. Ran right through those puddles.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Good stretch and roll when I got back and dried off. Knee was kinda tight past few days and I could feel it rolling. Somehow got my most mileage in weeks, which comparatively is borderline embarrassing. Got to do what you gotta do though.
