Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Mid afternoon run from the gym. Knew I was staying late so I got in to break up the work. I was going smooth but still wanted to run. Started out it was very icy on untreated surfaces, had to watch myself. Went on roads the whole way since I didnt want to mess with the trails. Going out felt a little taxed, started to feel more comfortable on the way back. Made it just before it got dark. Solid run though good mileage and a nice relax from lab.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll

Gym was crowded afterwards but luckily I got my stretching spot. I worked everything out. Knee is sore I knocked it on a drawer today. Dang just sore and tender after the run. Otherwise legs solid. Feeling confident at doing 5+ miles no problem now. Got to double that.
