Weather: ~30 degrees, Chilly

Comments:
Long run day! Basically did the same thing as last time, but tacked on an extra mile at the end. Felt good, strong, even, but for some reason, my stomach got grumpy right at the end. I survived, but didn't need that. Maybe it was the gel? But I was also feeling off beforehand. Oh well. At least I only need a couple miles tomorrow!
