Comments:
All caught up on sleep. Started out sluggish in fact. The snow we got last night was on its way to melting out completely. That was weird. I felt heavy legged and took the pace naturally. Not to strained just sore legs. Lifting made them even more sore and on the way back I had to take it smoother. Finishing up on the rail trail was a little slushy but manageable.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Really needed to get a roll in when I got back, but mostly I just sat around. Legs much more sore than yesterday. This was the most mileage I have had in a while, but they should be used to that. Glad I got out when the sun was still up it made it a pleasant run.
