Weather: 10:30 a.m. 45 and wet

Comments:
Ran from house over to 182 and East all the way up and down to S. Faust Avenue and up 141 to Republic. Over to park and two loops and then some pushes back to Battlefield on Strava Segments. Ran most in 5:15-6:00 pace. Tired and legs tight, but a good run and workout! Some core after.
